These small cloches measure 350 mm (13.5") square. They are fully glazed with 3 mm horticultural glass fixed by putty in the traditional manner and are painted an antique white. The sides come flat packed with copper split pins supplied for easy assembly. The roof is fully assembled apart from the handle which simply fixes with a nut. The cloche is ventilated by rotating the roof through 45 degrees leaving gaps at the four corners.

Medium Victorian lantern cloche
These medium cloches measure 460 mm (18") square. They are fully glazed with 3 mm horticultural glass fixed by putty in the traditional manner and are painted an antique white. These beautiful octagonal cloches, like the others, have a cast iron frame with zinc coating. They measure 490 mm (19") wide at the base and are approximately 510 mm (20") high. They are fully glazed with 3 mm horticultural glass fixed by putty in the traditional manner and are painted an antique white. The sides come flat packed with copper split pins supplied for easy assembly. The roof is fully assembled apart from the handle which simply fixes with a nut. A concealed vent in the roof provides ventilation.

These attractive hand-blown glass cloches are made the traditional way. Consequently, no two cloches are identical. The glass has minor imperfections, small trapped air bubbles, a rippled surface and the light-distorting qualities usually associated with antique cloches. The elegant handle is a solid ball of clear glass. The small size measures 250 mm diameter x 350 mm high. See below for the larger size! Please note that we cannot ship these items to the States.
