Period Features offers an outstanding selection of period hardware which is often very difficult to obtain elsewhere.

This includes a wide range of traditional door knobs, including facetted crystal knobs, aged brass in many different designs, reeded wooden knobs, ceramic designs and glass knobs in various colours from amethyst to black. These are very popular as they have a real 'stained glass' feel to them.

Other period hardware on offer includes door knockers in brass, bronze and iron, letterplates ranging from the very simple to the quite ornate, and centre door knobs to complete the look of your front door.

We also supply escutcheons (keyhole covers) and brass and ceramic fingerplates. In addition, our website features a wide range of quality bell pulls and pushes in various materials such as brass, iron and chrome, and a couple of truly accurate reproductions of a traditional Butler's Bell. Most of our bell pulls and pushes are made by an English company which was established in 1904 and is still going strong today.

Period Features also has a very good range of door fittings, window fittings and cabinet fittings and hinges in hand-forged iron, crystal and ceramic cupboard knobs, hooks, brackets &c. All in all, we aim to be an outstanding source of period hardware!
