MAKING A PURCHASE
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our catalogue, click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping basket. You will then be able to modify the order quantities. After you have finished your selection, click on “Order” and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order. We accept credit and debit card payment. If you are shopping from North America, Europe or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.
We accept Visa, Visa Debit, Maestro (Switch), Mastercard, Solo, Visa Electron and JCB. We will not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Back-ordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet. We use a secure server for the checkout pages of the website, so your credit card details will be quite safe!

SHIPPING AND HANDLING
We apply a flat delivery fee of £4.00 for all orders within the UK; however, if your order is excessively heavy or bulky, we may contact you to request an additional contribution to postage. This fee applies only once to an order. If any items are out of stock at the time you place your order, there will be no additional fee for posting them on at a later date.
If you are placing an order from outside the UK, please submit your order as normal and we will email you a quote for postage to your location. We will only process the order and charge your credit card once we have received your approval.

DELIVERY SCHEDULE
We aim to deliver your order as soon as we can. We will try to send your order to you within 7 working days in the UK, and normally less. International orders are generally received within 14 days.

BACK ORDERS
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

TAX CHARGES
For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free and you should click the exempt button to reduce VAT to zero.

CREDIT CARD SECURITY
All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer, and are not held in clear text on any web site.

Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart once you have selected an item, to store delivery addresses if the address book is used and to store your details if you select the ‘Remember Me’ Option. If you choose to add your name and contact details to our address book, we will email you from time to time with special offers and news, but you can unsubscribe at any time.

RETURNS POLICY
We want you to be happy with your purchases. If you are not satisfied for any reason, simply return the goods to us within 14 days of receipt for a full refund. The goods must be in their original condition. Returns may either be made by post (at the buyer’s expense) or in person to our shop in Leek. We regret that postage can only be refunded if the item is faulty.
